As the economy continues to crumble around the world, people have resorted to drug dependency to cope with depression. Under the slogan of "Change", international drug cartels have banned together with hope to remove the status quo politicians. Drugs for weapons campaign solicited fighters from regions where those unwilling to submit sought refuge.

The DEA and it's armed counterpart will attempt to reign in the growing cartels in the South Eastern region by taking down their labs and tunnels.
