Here are some excellent questions submitted by a group who had not been with LC in the past...Excellent Q&A for those who are unfamiliar with LC.
Event basics
A.Exact dates, Oct. 2, 3, 4, 2026
Daily schedule windows and check-in timeframes (player check-in, chrono, briefing, step-off, end times, night ops if any).
A.It'll all be in WarnOrd which is published two weeks before op date. But general schedule is as followed:
Fri. 1300 hour gate opens for check in and chrono
1800 hour chrono closes
Sat. 0630 hour chrono opens
0800 Formation/briefing
0900 Evo-1
1200 Lunch break
1330 Formation/briefing
1400 Evo-2
1700 Dinner break
1900 Night Evo

Venue location and gate coordinates for George Air Force Base (arrival gate, parking area, and whether ride-shares can enter).
A. Former George Air Force Base housing area (see attached map from Operation Liberty III, LC-25 eventually will have its own map).
On-site amenities (parking cost, restrooms, water points, food vendors, power to charge batteries/radios, camping/showers).
Registration and roster
A. Port-a-potties and trash dumpster provided. No food vendor on site, but Pizza Hut is 8 min or so away. No charging station. HPA vendor on site. No RV hook up/shower and etc.)
Registration opens late June (later this month) and prelim roster will begin to show by August in our FORUM at www.oplionclaws.com
Registration status and link for 25th Anniversary (we see prior event pages; please confirm the official registration URL and date opening/closing).
Player cap and current availability (Alpha vs Bravo).

Approved BB weights and tracer rules for night play.

Eye/face protection standards; comms/radio bands; dead rags/chemlights required colors.
A. Required. Comms strongly recommened. Chemlights required (red as in dead) if playing Night Op
Uniform requirements per faction (camouflage lists, top/bottom rules, armbands).
A. Will be in registration form
Magazine/ammo, pyro/smoke rules, MOSFET/HPA regs, grenade rules, vehicle rules.
Check-in and documentation
A. Pictured ID required at check in. Rules see above.
Required documents (government ID, printed waiver, insurance/medical info).
On-site waiver or pre-signed digital waiver link.
A. Pictured ID required. Digital waiver when register.
Safety briefing times and whether late-arrival briefings are offered.
Lodging and on-site stay
A. See daily schedule above reg briefing. Tent, car, and RV camping allowed on site.
On-site camping allowed? If so: arrival time window, fees, vehicle camping, quiet hours, generators allowed, shower availability.
Recommended hotels nearby in Victorville/Adelanto/Apple Valley with group rates or partner hotels.
Early staging the day prior (parking or gear drop on Oct 1).
Travel logistics
A. If your team is arriving a day or so early hangout in L.A., visit iconic airsoft giant store such as Evike.com and drive up to Victorville for overnight. Tons of motels in the general area. Holiday Inn Conference Center Victorville is where most of our staff stay. There's no fee for camping/parking, but we're not allow to be on site till Friday, Oct. 2, 2026.
Best airport options (LAX, ONT, SNA, BUR, LAS) and approximate drive times to venue.
A. If able, fly into Ontario Airport (less crowded, straight shot to Victorville). LAX maybe less expensive but a serious nightmare to drive in/out of that area. From LAX on a Friday afternoon it'll take 3~4 hours to reach Victorville due to traffic. From ontario about 45min to an hour.
Vehicle access: rental car recommended vs. shuttles; rideshare drop-off/pickup points.
Any base entry requirements (IDs, vehicle checks) since venue is an air base site.
Medical and safety
A. Venue is a FORMER Air Force Base which hasn't been in over 40 years so no other restrictions to drive through via your rental vehicle. While we'll have EMT on site, each player is responsible for his/her own medical.
On-site medical staff/EMS coverage and nearest hospital/urgent care.
A. See above.
Hydration plan expectations and heat/cold weather contingencies.
A. General camping, nothing specific.
Weather/air quality contingencies and rain/wind cancellation or delay policy.

A. Rain or Shine.
Any Friday intake/training, vendor row hours, raffle, special guests, photo/patch trading time.
Night ops or low-light segments and required gear.
Refunds and contingencies
A. Vendors will setup on Friday afternoon but we have no control who will be there at early out.

Refund/transfer policy, including if flights are disrupted.
A. Refund deadline will be noted on registraiton form. Credit can be issued due to flight cancellation or refund less non-refundable Paypal fee (15%).
