After years of fierce battles in Scranton, VDV had inched inland and created a hidden sancturary in the Mountain State of West Virginia. Rumor has it that a rogue Russian scientist and his renegade paratroopers are using local populace in a lab for biological weapons research. US SOCOM is determined to find and put a stop to the unspeakable experinment.
