Attention All Attendees

Troops,

Please kindly keep an eye on this thread for periodic updates.

While the basic rule sets are up, details will come in your Player Kit; special notes such as SEMI ONLY indoors (full auto while shooting out of the window is okay); AVOID HEAD SHOTS, FACIAL SHOTS whenever possible (seen too many bloody faces and broken teeth) and etc.

Simple, all issued coupons come back to me via the issuing vendor. When you pay your BALANCE payment, please make a NOTE on the paypal about WHO issued you the coupon and deduct that $30 from the balance payment, that's all. I'll cross reference from all names submitted from sponsors.

Hope this helps.

Update on POVs.......

We have permission for ALL to drop off their team mates and gears at the AO before leaving for NG Armory parking lot.

You can drive in your POV, drop off your buddies and gears, then, leave immediately out to the NG parking lot and stand by for Army Truck pick up.

Last call on RVs.

John,
Do you have a list of times for pick-up at the NGA on Friday. My flight arrives in Killeen at 1215 so I should be at the NGA by 1400.

If you're camping at the AO, the first load out is 1700 on Friday, the 20th.

So if we're planning on camping, don't plan to arrive on site at 1500? I had hoped to arrive on site around 1500, set up camp and secure gear within tent, and then depart for NGA. Or will we be allowed to have POV on site until shuttles begin to run?
Its not about how many people I have killed, it is about how I get along with people that are still alive.

You can arrive at TA50 at 1500, drop off your gears, depart immediately to NGA. You can not park your POV at TA 50 and wait; MPs will get to you very quickly. My suggestion is that if you'r alone, come to NGA first.

Troops,

Unit format has been modified to better fit the numbers of attendees:

Marines are now formulated into two RECON SCOUT squad. No Platoon formation. 1stSgt. Joe Hulog, Recon 1 Sgt. Avecilla, Alfredo Recon 2 Sgt. Parham, Wynn

Rangers is a full platoon under Lt. Simpson, Mike and 1stSgt. Thorpe, Douglas

Militia units are been called as Tribal 1 through Tribal 7

We're current looking at 68 Allied troopers vs. 47+12 or so staff Militia

Ought to be a good time!

John:

I think you mean that Thorpe is a Platoon Sergeant for Ranger Platoon. It looks like 1ST SGT Joe Hulog is the Task Force 1ST SGT. Please confirm so no misunderstandings occur.

Negative, Sorry, my bad. Thorpe is Sgt. Ryan's XO, 1stSgt of Allied command.

Hulog works the Marine angle.
