OFFICIAL GAME RESULTS – OP DEVIL DOG R131 2017

OFFICIAL WINNER: SOCOM

OFFICIAL POINTS SOCOM: 257 POINTS
OFFICIAL POINTS HORDE: 241 POINTS


Storyline Motivation:
In the battle of 2016 the town of Range 131 was destroyed. In the past year, SOCOM forces have worked with local government to rebuild Range 131. As of Sept 10th, 2017, R131 was nearly complete and just needed to provide a stable supply of electricity to R131. This will be achieved through the completion of a Solar Farm to provide clean and reliable energy at a low cost to the population of R131. Civilian Contractors have been brought in to expedite this task.

Also within the past year and the declining economy, a profusion of ‘SCAVENGER’ groups have come together and started working with each other. Local government has labeled these groups, that appear to now work as one... “The Horde”. The Horde is most notoriously known for their looting and ‘scavenging’ precious materials to sell. The Horde’s motivation is MONEY and powered by GREED.

OBJECTIVE & POINT BREAK DOWN: **Evo1**

## SOCOM ## - “SOLAR FARM”
Primary objective:
Complete build of Solar farm = 50pts
* At start will receive only 6 of the required 8 panels to complete farm
* Will need to locate additional panels to complete solar farm
* Solar farm will operate on only 6 panels, but will incur a penalty.
Secondary objectives:
* Find remaining 11 solar panels on field = 10pts each
- First two panels required to complete solar farm worth zero points
- Only panels ‘over’ the required 8 needed for solar farm worth points
* Find, Capture and interrogate ‘Horde’ Intel officers – Blue wrist band. Return wrist band for confirmation = 5pts each
Mid EVO release objective:
* Exfil safely ALL FOUR civilian contractors = 10 points (total)
* YES or NO objective – Points not awarded unless all 4 contractors exfil

## HORDE ## - “FIND SAFE”
Primary objective:
Locate & Secure Safe to retrieve special items = 50pts
* FIVE ‘possible’ safe locations will be released at game start
* Location of safe worth points for Evo1
* Safe must be opened w/ combination or key.
* Contents worth additional points and roll over to Evo2
* Diamonds, Ruby’s & ‘Damage Report’ – worth points in Evo2 only
Secondary objectives:
* Find 11 solar panels on field = 10pts each.
* Find, Capture and interrogate ‘Horde’ Intel officers – Blue wrist band. Return wrist band for confirmation = 5pts each
Mid EVO release objective:
* Kill & Capture civilian contractors = 5pts each

* Additional solar panels: 2 @ 10pts each = 20pts
- 2 found – first 2 required for solar farm - only 2 panels worth points

## SOCOM ## “Prime the Grid”
Primary objective:
Prime buildings to connect to power grid = 10pts per building
* Workers will need to use the charge box in combination to the priming box to bring power to buildings back on line
* First building must be primed from solar farm
* Buildings must be primed in series – cannot skip buildings.
* Priming time is 60 seconds – if interrupted for ‘ANY’ reason, time starts over.
Secondary objectives:
* Locate ammo crates = 5pts each – Locations NOT released
* Find, Capture and interrogate ‘Horde’ Intel officers – Blue wrist band. Return wrist band for confirmation = 5pts each
* Kill count cards = 1pt each
Mid EVO release objective:
*Find PROTOTYPE Energy Cells = 20pts
- Energy Cells each capable of powering one metropolitan city

## HORDE ## - “Find Ammo Cache”
Primary objective:
Locate and hold ALL EIGHT ammo crates – 10pts each
* Crates divided into THREE separate caches – 3/3/2
* Safe Contents from EVO1 Pay for Cache Locations
- Diamonds – 10pts – Buys one cache location
- Ruby’s – 10pts – Buys one cache location
- Damage Report – 5pts – Buys one cache location midgame
Secondary objectives:
* Find remaining solar panels and hold – 10pts each.
* Find, Capture and interrogate ‘Horde’ Intel officers – Blue wrist band. Return wrist band for confirmation = 5pts each
* Kill count cards = 1pt each
Mid EVO release objective:
* Kidnap civilian contractor supervisor’s baby = 20pts
- Baby to be used to ‘RANSOM’ contractor for located prototype energy cells

* Prime buildings: 5 @ 10pts = 50pts
* Locate ammo crates: 3 @ 5pts = 15pts
* Blue bands = 0 points
* Kill count: 10 @ 1pt = 10pts
* Find energy cell = 20pts

OBJECTIVE & POINT BREAK DOWN: **Evo3**

## SOCOM ## - “Up to Code”
Primary objective #1:
Safeguard inspectors to allow as many buildings to be inspected as possible = 5pts each
* Workers must inspect buildings to confirm that they are built up to code.
* Measurements, material consistency, spacing, handicap access and other parameters are inspected.
* Workers must COMPLETE an inspection to be awarded full points.
* If workers are unable to ‘complete’ an inspection, then partial points awarded.
Secondary objectives:
* Locate remaining two ammo crates = 5pts each – Location released by GC
* Locate any additional solar panels = 5pts each
* Kill count = 1pt each
Primary objective #2: Successfully secure the safe return of Kidnapped baby = 40 pts
## HORDE ## - “Precious Metals”
Primary objective #1A:
Located and Disassemble Solar Farm = 20pts
* Solar farm is built using special light weight and prototype metals
* Disassemble solar farm without losing ANY PARTS of the solar farm
Primary objective #1B: Bring COMPLETE Solar Farm to processing plant = 20pts
* Solar farm frame and solar panels are made from special metals
* Take solar farm to processing plant for points
* Only a COMPLETE Solar farm (Frame & Panels) will be awarded points
* Any pieces missing from solar farm will incur a penalty
Secondary objectives:
* Locate remaining two ammo crates = 10pts each – Location released by GC
* Locate any additional solar panels = 5pts each – (not to include solar farm panels)
* Kill count = 1pt each
Primary objective #2: Obtain Prototype Energy Cells = 20pts
* Baby to be used as ‘leverage’ or ‘ransom’ to obtain objective

* Buildings inspected NOT complete: 2 @ 3 pts = 6pts
