Yes, there will be camping available on site as well as barracks housing and a few individual quarters for rent. I will have more info as well as rates soon.

As of now COLD Smoke will be allowed in the AO @ the MOUT (building) sites. Wooded area's will depend on drought status. But base command has Ok'd Mout/building areas either way. Smoke cannot be thrown inside of building's or tunnels .

If I remember correctly these were no longer usable after incidents with them at OPI.
But I am running that by range control and lionclaw to be sure, have an answer by mid morning.

Looking forward to it!

Can someone please confirm we can arrive Thursday evening on site if camping (RV) or do we have to wait for Friday for arrival?

Re: Jul. 20~22, 2012 OPSC

A group of us is planning on coming from Texas, so a rough arrival schedule would help us as well.

Will this be like Op: Bulldog, where activities on Friday will be chrono in the mid to late afternoon? Also, the conculsion on Sunday, typically at other OLCMSS events we played 1/2 day, did the raffle and left the AO. Will OPSC be roughly the same?

We are trying to figure out days off requests and a 16 hour road trip each way.

Thanks!
