will there be another hotel near AO deal going on?

I am currently looking at some hotel there if someone wants to register with the hotel and ask and is willing to keep the rest of updated that would be fanominal!

That hotel is right about three city block from the AO.

Does anyone have an actual address for the AO? I have searched the board and have not found it. I'm guessing if it was a snake I'd have been bit.

There is no address I have found. Nearest address is to a restaurant RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET which is Sibley restaurant.
