I take it this is just a 1-Day event.

Uniform is ACU, like it would have been for Rodina ?

Uniform Code as followed:

Afghan Fighter: Afghan outfit, no stupid looks

Afghan National Army (NATO): 3-color desert or chocolate chips desert

US Army Rangers (NATO): ACU

Russian: Russian uniforms from Afghan era to camos, woodland and green tigers are also allowed (as did on Appreciation Day)
