me and bob silva are flying in on friday the 19th to san antonio. 13:30 going to a little tour of the alamo . where are you from and who else is with you. where flying in from vegas, do you know how we check in weapons in the airport. unknown on the rooms yet bob silva is in charge of that and he has not got back to me. also very important that you have radios and know how to use them i hate beep tones.

have not baught coms yet, but will this week end, am familiar with proper operation of radio. my wife and i are coming in from california. she's not playing though. not sure what the hotel is she took care of that for us, can find out though if you like. i know it's cheaper than the one everyone is staying at.
as for the weapons, you should talk to the specific airline your traveling with and ask. but basically you need to keep them in a crush proof case with a lock and fill out a claim sheet at the desk when you check them, remember no gas, no liquids, blah, blah blah.

also player packets have been sent out i will also be sending mail out because i think the player packet is missing something. cqb combat and building to building fight tactics. they only gave me basic field tactics


also i will need to know allergys and any medical conditions we will be fill out cards there so have it ready and we won't be wasting time.

how much is going to cost i will get it to you as soon as we get there i need one helmet for bobby silva , and two covers i should be picking up a helmet from whooser . he's playing milita . if i didn't tell you yet there will be 8 others from my area playing militia not including several MP or STAFF from another team here. if you have played other lionclaw events there mostly at the chrono station. so i am perfect for the JOB of Squad leader.

okay man, i will pick it up from evike for you and bring it with, covers are about ten bucks and pasgt's are about 25.99 i think, so one bucket and two covers? rgr rgr, order will go out monday, and will have it by thursday, so i WILL have it.

Ok I got the stuff from Evike, it cost around $50, but instead of paying me back you can jus get me a few bags of BBs and a bag of tracer BBs, I dont have time to order them......

cool , unknown on the tracer bbs though . going to go online and order them or run buy my local airsoft store and see what the have. i can even stop by the sporting goods store and get those cheap ones . your going to every other one anyways so where going to share a little i hope.

NOC i got your bb's and glow and the dark one's too there .20 matrix there very good. also picked up excel's i hope some of my friends will be giving me some bb's too. i know the will be giving it too me the hard way. but i hope i can get a bag full from the killerbbs

Whatever BBs you get need to be biodegradable. If it doesn't say that specifically on the bag, do not bring them.
