http://www.airsplat.com/Items/B2-KSC-4000.htmKSC 0.2g BB's: 4,000 Rounds/Bag
Bioderadable BB’s for environmental friendly play. BB’s are composed of part corn starch and part plastic. Takes approximately 1-2 years to fully degrade. Colors may vary. 4000 Rounds.
So would these be OK? Or does it have to labeled in English?

At this time, these particular BBs are NOT approved as Bio ammo for this event.
The only place I can find a description listing these BBs as Biodegradable was on the RETAILER's website in the link in the first post about them. No other retailer I've seen the same BBs at has listed them as "biodegradable", nor can I tell from the bag. If someone can find a translation (I tried, no luck) that can show different, then they will be considered. I even went to KSC's website and translated the BB description there, nothing listed about bio...
Pending any further revelations, no, these BBs are not approved.

I believe Palco only sells wholesale to dealers except in the case of events like this where they set up...but they have a website here:

These were the standard Bio BB in my part of the world for several years. I can't read on the bag where it states that they are Bio, because I can not read Japanese, so I wanted to see if these are good to go before I show up with them on-site.
Thanks

Those arent Bio. Those are the standard Excel. The Excel Bio BB's are in different packaging and a much smaller round count per bag.
Here is the Actual Excel Bio

The ones you posted are not bio in any way.
