Players who enlist as Chechen Militia must wear black long sleeve top and green camouflage bottoms.

"Green Camouflage bottoms" is that any green based camo bottoms, or M81 woodland in particular?

Also what kind of head wear is approved for the Chechen Militia side?

Woodland would be the best.

And for head cover woodland would also be best.

The goal of the uniforms is to allow easy recognition of teams. A Chechen militia player wearing, for example, a tan head cover might be mistaken for a US side player.

In general, the US/UK side uniforms are tan-based. If you see a player in a tan uniform, and tan head cover, that player's a US or UK player.

The insurgent side will be more diverse, as it is in real life, but broadly it'll be civilian clothing, traditional Arab dress, or the Chechen militia uniform.

I definitely understand about that! I only ask because I run Jungle tiger stripe already and would prefer to wear it but I could get woodland bdu pants if that were a problem.

I think woodland BDU would be more accurate, if you can swing it.

Chechen used Gear mainly consists of russian millitary gear. Therefore if you have gone russian for previous bulldog's than your green based bdu pants will work.

Part of the fun of the Lion Claws ops is assuming the role of a certain group - US Rangers, Somali militia, whatever.
