For Team/Squad registrations (at least 6 personnel) please contact John Lu directly (click on his name, it is an e-mail link). In the e-mail please include the list of names, address, age, e-mail address, and previous OP experience of each individual you are registering for. Also include all information from the below form for yourself as the representative of the Team/Squad. You must be able to accept those who may not have the luxury of a familiar group of people and be willing to assist and guide those who may be additionally assigned to your squad. The LC milsim series values TEAMWORK over anything else.
