Shocking to many, our VIPs are real.
Yes, our VIPs are glad to sign autographs and take pictures with you.
I am only familiar with two types of paintball tournaments and will attempt to address this question based on my knowledge.Standard paintball tournaments are none military and operate in a series of 10~15 minutes games based on capture the flag or speedball. Each team is usually made up of 5~6 individuals.
Lion Claws series tournaments are based on military style missions with a military style command structure. Each scenario could run anywhere from 90~180 minutes; including full day scenarios. Each Squad is made up of 12 trooper, each Platoon is made up of 4 squads plus a Platoon Lt. and a Plt. Sgt.
Depending on the size of the event, each COMPANY could consists of 3~4 platoons. Each COMPANY is led by an event VIP Commander.
Attendees range from accountants, bankers, business owners, clerks, corporate types, current and past military/law enforcement, designers, to lawyers, models, programmers, students, teachers and etc. Remember this is NOT about "war", it's about "Team Effort".
Those who are well disciplined, work well with others and enjoy Tactical Military Simulation are welcome.
Standard age limit is 18, however, we do from time to time allow very mature underage attendees (Parental Consent Form must be signed and notarized) to participate with an adult guardian present (case by case).
Airsoft bb pallets can certain cause injury if shot at a close range. We strongly advise every participant to wear full mask goggles for protection while eye protection is a MUST in all our events. Our FPS (bb pallet velocity) procedures are strict not none negotiable to ensure attendee's safety.
Varies from the terrain of each operation.
Female attendees are commonplace at our events. In fact, statistic shows that women are better shots than men (arguably so..he..he..) and women make better snipers since they are (again, arguably so) more patient than men.
Due to the nature of these events, spectators are not allowed.
Due to camp site (personal belongs and such) security, we strongly discourage friends and families; in fact, most of our AO (area of operation) would not permit none registered attendees on site unless specified otherwise (case by case).
Cameras are allowed but no filming unless specified due to the officially movie crew at work.
While we strongly recommend full face mask for better protection, it is not required.
Shooting glasses that are FULLY CEALED around your face are allowed. Standard eyeglasses version not permitted.
We ask all attendees to be flexible. Inflexible attendees are not welcome.
Since our events are usually two-day events, camping is popular with most attendees while some prefer the comfort of local motels. A food vendor is generally available from the local area or folks may chose to drive to local diners or stay in camp and cook.
Port-a-potties are provided at all our events while light towers are provided at our two-day events.
Neither bb showers nor box mags are allowed at our events (unless the mag is for a squad weapon) since our focus is more tactical and less "spray and pray".
Simple, e mail me with your real life credentials and explain your desire to serve others.
Cheating is penalized by both deduction of points of the cheater's unit and by PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. We believe in Public Humiliation.more fun that way.
Fortunately the caliber of attendees our events attract are above and beyond the petty types. However, fights will result in Point Deduction from the respective units, PUBLIC ANNOUNCMENT and EXPULSION. We generally have police officers among attendees.
