Hoodistan remains a stronghold for Freedom Fighters. War Lord Longgrear and his irregulars fought back UN troops led by a joint-operation-force of Russian Airborne and USMC.

With the battles of Ransomville and the most recent battle of Ransomburg under his belt, Sgt. Igor Dobroff will regroup his elite Russian paratroopers and join hands, once again, with his USMC counter part to assault Hoodistan.

Unbeknownst to UN high command, after having defeated UN troops, War Lord Longgrear handed the control of Hoodistan to its original owner 'War Lord' Miller. Undefeated in the Southwest, War Lord Miller's recent success at Wolters' Junction (Night Scorpion) further increased his notoriety.

Sgt. Dobroff is summounting his elite troops from the North East to strengthen the Russian combatants.

MSG Radke's Marines have been drilling hard in preparation to take down the Freedom Fighters.

'I ate your Ranger MSG Mullen and Radke for breakfast two years ago, and I'll cook both MSG Radke and Sgt. Dobroff for dinner this Fall...' proclaimed the War Lord. 'I do love dog meat, Bull dog or Russian street dog...'
